Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website www.patchnexus.com (the "Site"), operated by Patch Nexus ("we"). It does not cover the private cloud instances we operate for customers; those are covered by the customer agreement.

What we collect

The Site has no user accounts, advertising or analytics. We collect information only when you send the "Book a demo" form:

• your name, company, work e-mail and, if you give it, phone number;
• the number of technicians and endpoints, the plan you're interested in, and your message;
• technical data needed to protect the form from spam: your IP address, browser (user agent) and the time of the request.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, arrange a demo and, if you become a customer, to set up your service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Services that process it for us

• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. It is loaded only when you reach the form, and it collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Resend delivers the form to our mailbox by e-mail.
• Cloudflare protects and speeds up the Site, and sees the connection data of every visit.

These providers may process data outside Israel, including in the United States.

Cookies and local storage

The Site itself sets no cookies. It remembers in your browser's local storage that you closed the cookie notice. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookie (for example _GRECAPTCHA) to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare may set a cookie to protect the Site from attacks. The accessibility menu remembers your display settings in local storage, if you change them. Fonts and images are served from this Site.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle them and our relationship with you, and deleted when no longer needed. The spam-protection counter on the server (based on your IP address) is kept for one hour.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, by e-mail to [email protected]. We will answer within a reasonable time, as required by the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
